We respect your personal privacy and make every effort to make sure it remains private. The sort of information we may ask for (but which you are under no obligation to give) includes your Name, address, email and phone number. We may ask for these details so that we can send out online orders or contact you when an order has arrived. We may also ask for these details for competitions or promotions. We do also keep a record of your past purchases so that you don't need to remember what you purchased...particularly the style and size of a bra.
We are obliged by National Privacy Principles to handle our customer's personal information sensitively and securely and to protect it from unauthorised access, loss, misuse, disclosure or alteration. We will do our utmost to ensure those principles are kept.
EXCHANGE AND REFUND POLICY
ONLINE orders can be returned for exchange or refund within 21 days of receipt of item. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and with tags intact...in other words the item must be in its original condition. Return will be at customer's expense.
INSTORE purchases can be returned for exchange or credit only as we encourage our customers to be properly fitted in store.
FAULTY Items....will of course be replaced.

BRIEFS AND SWIMWEAR. Due to health regulations we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on these products. so please choose carefully.

SPECIAL ORDERS. If you order an item we do not normally stock we will exchange but not refund.
